Creative wellbeing sessions

Friendly and creative mental health support is delivered in 30-minute sessions each week.  Support and guidance help to promote wellbeing and mental health with activities directed to include social and emotional welfare based on the principles of the Solihull Approach. This enables children and young people to talk about their feelings and challenges in order to build their self-esteem and resilience.  By using this intervention early on, the aim is to avoid problems building.  Referrals are accepted from school with parental consent.
